Welcome to Juniper Salon! I am Susan, originally from Camano Island, WA and now proudly service the PNW in Kittitas County, WA.

As a business owner & a mother of two, I know exactly how important it is to fill your cup in a relaxed space to feel special, healthy & beautiful inside & out. I have designed my salon experience to leave you feeling uplifted, relaxed & more confident to tackle each day & to go live your life to it’s fullest.

I have been a stylist my whole life, but officially for 18+ years. I have never been more in love with my clients & my craft! I specialize in ‘Lived -in,’ natural, low maintenance hair that enhances the best version of YOU! I take great pride in my constant ongoing education in hair techniques as well as with business to understand more of the Why in what I do everyday.

While most stylists offer a great first visit, I am able to focus on your long term hair ease by softening color lines & carving out edges to feel like it is lived-in from day one, and more like an enhanced You! Educating my guests how to keep the look going at home with realistic routines & quick techniques is my favorite thing to do. We can build the look we want together.

When I am not in the salon I am often cooking food from scratch or exploring nature by hiking, camping or grounding my body & mind. I love to explore, and sometimes that means turning down a road I have never been down or escape to a new town. I like to share tips to keep your hair looking amazing no matter where you are exploring!
