Cancellation Policy

Lived-in looks have a larger space between appointments (being on average of 2-3 months apart). My next opening is on average about 8-10 weeks out.

If you are in need of rescheduling, simplifying or cancelling your appointment, I ask that you please connect a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. This allows for time to have someone else be able to plan for this lucky opening & take care of their hair needs as well.

Ideally 2+ weeks in advance helps everyone be able to plan their schedule accordingly.

After 24 hours 50% of the service booked will be charged.

Waitlist

If you are hoping to get in sooner than the next available opening on the schedule:

1. I strongly recommend you book something even if it feels far out

2. Next add your self to the waitlist for the services & dates you are hoping for

By completing both of these steps there is a larger chance of an opening for you. Sometimes I am able to swap an appointment with someone else that is just behind you.
